Yes! Students who are not registered for classes for two consecutive semesters will automatically transition to the role of 'Ohana. 'Ohana will have a grace period of up to 180 days in which the following services will be available:
- Google@UH Services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sites, Groups)
- MyUH Services
ITS will inform you via email when the grace period begins and periodically send reminders throughout the grace period to keep you aware of when your grace period will end. During this grace period, you will have the option to enroll in ‘Ohana online services which will keep the UH email account active and available.
Note: You must renew your 'Ohana online services annually. A series of reminder emails will be sent to you in advance of the annual renewal date. If you do not renew on time, ITS will be unable to re-establish your 'Ohana credentials and associated services.
